Karisma Imóveis was founded in 2012 by Miguel Andrade and Teresa Paulino. Like many family business stories, it all started in a simple way.
At the time, the real estate sector emerged as a professional opportunity, and over time we realized that working in real estate is not just about selling houses. It’s about supporting people through important moments in their lives, whether it’s buying their first home, moving to a new one, or making a future-focused investment.
It was with this mindset that Karisma Imóveis was born, with the desire to create a real estate agency that is close, transparent, and trustworthy.
Over the years, the company has grown naturally, largely thanks to the trust of our clients who have worked with Karisma and recommended our services to others.

What began as a project between two founders also evolved into a true family business.
Hugo Andrade joined the company as a Real Estate Agent, bringing a new generation and fresh energy to the daily work with clients. Later, Gil Andrade took over the Marketing area, helping to modernize the way we communicate and connect with people.
Today, Karisma Imóveis continues to grow with the same principles it was founded on: closeness, transparency, and professionalism. As in any business, trust is built through consistent work, close support, and long-lasting relationships.
More than selling properties, our goal is to help each client make confident decisions and feel supported at every stage of the process.
